The following dates are important milestones for Connectome 2026–2027:

Early Feedback Opportunity¶
Participants who submit their work by October 31, 2026, 5:00 PM EDT (GMT−4) will receive detailed feedback on their submitted work from the organizers. This is an optional opportunity intended to help participants identify areas for improvement and refine their projects before the final submission deadline. We aim to provide this feedback by January 2027.
Final Submission Deadline¶
All competition submissions must be received by December 1, 2027, 5:00 PM EST (GMT−5).
All required submission components—including video submissions posted on the Clematis Discord and written reports submitted through the appropriate Google Form(s)—must be received by the deadline.
Late submissions will not be accepted. To avoid potential issues with internet connectivity, file uploads, platform outages, or other unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend submitting your materials at least 24 hours before the deadline.
Winners and Awardees Announced¶
Competition winners and award recipients will be announced in April 2028.
Certificates and Prize Distribution¶
Participation certificates, award certificates, and prizes will be distributed between May and June 2028.
